sheep of the people of Mecca for some Qirats."
General Musharraf sentenced to death for Treason but...
Pakistani military not only got Musharraf out of Pakistan
before the sentence but has launched an all out campaign to
hail him as a national hero!

Pakistani Troops Attack Islamic Resistance but Fail To
capture Osama, Ayman or Omar
General Musharraf's people were excited on September 29. The
Americans, it appears, had informed them that significant
Islamic leaders had been spotted in North Waziristan near
the Afghan border: perhaps even Osama, Ayman and/or the
legendary Mullah Omar.
Musharraf ordered an all out assault in the area. Pakistani
forces using helicopter gunships and helicopter borne troops
went for the kill. After three days of attacking, the
Pakistani offensive fizzled out. Musharraf's troops ran into
resistance by the Islamic tribes in the area.
Musharraf's military public relations officer says that the
Pakistanis killed 40 Islamic opponents and captured 15. He
says 15 of those killed are "foreigners" and that one of
those captured is Uzbek from the Uzbek Islamic movement. He
admits that 7 Pakistani troops were killed and 14 wounded.
However non-official Pakistani sources say that 11 more
Pakistani troops were also killed.
There is tremendous anti-Pakistani sentiment in the area.
The army's frantic weapon use destroyed numerous homes.
Unfortunately for Musharraf, none of the leaders of Taliban
and al-Qaidah were captured. However, the troops did capture
the nephew of Jalaluddin Haqqani the famous Afghan Jihad
leader who joined the Taliban resistance several years back.
Haqqani fought the Soviets for 9 years and has stirred up
the poorly armed Pashtun villagers to stand up against
America. His village has been raided repeatedly by U.S.
forces.
U.S. VERSION a LITTLE DIFFERENT:
American sources [such as Fox News] say that 37 Islamic
"terrorists" and 14 Pakistani troops were killed in the
fighting.They also indicate that U.S. TROOPS WERE ALSO
INVOLVED IN THE FIGHTING and 5 of them were wounded. Thus
there is close cooperation between the U.S. and Pakistan to
crush the Taliban but to no avail.
TALIBAN SPOKESMAN CAPTURED
On October 4, Musharraf's agents captured Mullah Latifullah
Hakimi who has been supplying the Taliban side of the war to
the Pakistani media. It looks like he had become so
confident that he came to Dera Ismail Khan in Pakistan and
was using his satellite phone to give interviews to
Pakistani TV and news channels. He was probably traced by
the FBI which operates freely in Pakistan and was captured
by Musharraf's men when he was sending a fax to Mullah Omar.
Five other Taliban were captured with him.
LATEST: On October 4, Pakistani Islamic tribesmen blew up a
Pakistani military vehicle in the northern tip of North
Waziristan . Nine Pakistani troops were wounded

CHINA
Hundreds of people marched in Istanbul against China's
alleged brutal crackdown on Uighur Muslims, an ethnic
minority in Xinjiang province. Protesters reportedly chanted
"Murderer China, get out of East Turkestan" and held
placards that read 'stop the cruelty'.
The protesters also displayed solidarity with Arsenal
midfielder Mesut Ozil, a German Muslim of Turkish origin,
who had criticised China and lack of response from Muslims.
Chinese foreign ministry dismissed the criticism saying he
has been deceived by "fake news". Ozil faced backlash from
Chinese football fans, not happy with his public display of
support towards Uighurs, which led to the removal of the
soccer player from three existing titles in the country.
Many Muslim-majority nations and their leader have not
openly criticised China's crackdown on Uighurs barring
Turkey, which termed it as 'a great shame for humanity.' In
November, a dozen United Nations experts highlighted the
issues around China's counterterrorism law which have been
used to gross violations of basic rights and freedoms in
Xinjiang
Palestine
85th Friday Rally Against Occupation of Palestine

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas,
announced on Friday that the Great March of Return will
continue in several forms, stressing that the Palestinian
factions have been working to develop it.
In a press release sent to mass media, Hamas spokesman,
Abdel-Latif Al-Qanoon, hailed the mass turn out of the
protesters on the 85th Friday of the protests of the Great
March of Return.
He stressed that the protests would continue to oppose the
Israeli occupation and defend the legitimate rights of the
Palestinians.
"The battle with the Israeli occupation continues and the
Great March of Return is one of the forms of this battle,"
Al-Qanoon affirmed, noting that the Palestinian factions
have been developing the protests, as well as working to
establish others forms of resistance.
The 85th protest was code-named "the Friday of Al-Khalil
against Judaisation." The Palestinian Human Rights Council
reported 45 protesters wounded during the demonstration.

barrel for the children in Gambia so they will get it for

and this time will be more School suppies for them
inshaAllah.

Leaders are required.
US Government Tried to Nationalize Islam: "Special People"
were Placed Within Muslim Groups.

Way back Masjid al-Islam held a post-Ramadan 'itikaf and
invited Muslim Imams to address the participants. Masjid
al-Islam located in Washington, DC [S.E.] is one of the very
few independent mosques in America. Imam Musa, the leader of
this community, embraced Islam three decades back and was
known for his support of Islamic Sudan. He is one of the
very few Muslim leaders who have the backbone to stand up
for the rights of Imam Jamil al-Amin.
Dr. Kaukab Siddique was one of the speakers at the 'itikaf.
In his introduction, Imam Musa gave the highest possible
praise to Dr. Siddique and placed him above all other
Islamic people in America. [Praise deleted.].
Here are the main points of Dr. Siddique's presentation. He
spoke for two hours:
Nationalization of Islam by the US Administration:
After 9.11, the U.S. government started a systematic process
of "nationalization" of Islam. The Muslims of America were
to be cut off from the universal Ummah of Islam. One major
step in this direction was the criminalization of Muslim
relief organizations which sent charitable funds to
Palestine, Chechnia, Bosnia, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia and other
Muslim countries. Travel was seen as suspicious and Muslim
travellers were frequently hassled and sometimes
arrested.
Role of pro-Government Muslim groups in
"nationalization."
Heavily funded Muslim groups which were known for their
subservience to the government were pressed into service.
ISNA-CAIR and their affiliates were happy to oblige in the
development of an "American Islam" or "moderate Islam." Soon
after 9.11, we saw the FBI being invited into Muslim
communities by these groups. Already these elements had
provided lists of all the mosques in America to the
government, complete with addresses, phone numbers and names
of organizing members.
These Muslim leaders participated in all governmental
activities meant to convey the impression that Muslims of
America oppose the Muslims of the world and are in the ranks
of the U.S. government. Thus the attempt was made to delink
U.S. Muslims from the Ummah of Islam in direct violation of
the Qur'an.
FAILURE of the Enemies of Islam in America:
The most important failure occurred in the area of the media
blitz. The Zionist-controlled media ["mainstream media"]
spent billions of dollars to spew a daily stream of hatred
against Islam and Muslims for more than TEN YEARS. The
results show that the media have failed miserably to stir up
the American people against the Muslims of America. There
have been about 20 attacks on mosques, carried out by fringe
elements, resulting in most cases in minor damage. Five
Muslims have been killed in a nation of 300 million
people.
Thus it is evident that the American people have not
"bought" the Zionist propaganda. [Earlier Imam Musa
confirmed that Masjid al-Islam has not faced any hostility
from non-Muslim neighbors.]
SECOND FAILURE of the GOVERNMENT:
The pro-government Muslim organizations are drawing fewer
and fewer people. People like Syed Sayeed of ISNA used to
think that large numbers of people come to the ISNA
conference because they support ISNA. Gradually he and other
ISNA-types have learned that people come to visit the bazar,
to socialize, to find mates for their children. As ISNA
invited the FBI into Muslim communities, Muslims became wary
of ISNA activities.
New groups have emerged among Muslims to help the government
in its spying activities. These have shown a worse
performance than ISNA-CAIR. Some of them openly offered to
be 'snitches' for the government and to catch "extremists"
and hand them over. ] Again, in spite of funding, they got
little support from the Muslim community.
Muslims attend Juma' in large numbers, not because the
mediocre, pro-government imams of large mosques have any
leadership to offer, but simply because Muslims need a place
to pray. Most Muslims consider themselves part of the Ummah
of Islam, which is global. ISNA-CAIR, ICNA, WD etc are
American organizations working to serve narrow ends in sharp
contradiction with the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
OFFER TO SELF-DECLARED LEADERS:
After 9.11, I wrote on the Internet urging ISNA, ICNA, WD
etc to declare that they will follow the Qur'an and
authentic Hadith in all matters, especially in matters
relating to the U.S. government. If they cannot, they should
remove the word "Islamic" or "Muslim" from the titles of
their organizations. These groups failed even to make this
basic commitment which is essential for any Muslim
organization. These self-declared "leaders" have failed
miserably to tackle ANY issue concerning the oppression of
Muslims by the U.S. government.
ROLE of U.S. GOVERNMENT:
The failure of leadership becomes all the more evident when
one realizes that although the American people have been
compassionate to Muslims, the American government,
controlled as it is by Zionists and International Jewry, has
oppressed America's Muslims with all its power. The
authentic leaders of the Muslims were imprisoned and
humiliated, top among them Imam Jamil al-Amin and Shaikh
Omar 'Abdel Rahman. Tens of thousands of Muslims have been
investigated. Thousands have been deported. Life
imprisonment is ordained for Muslims convicted of
NON-VIOLENT "crimes" of attempting to contact overseas
Islamic organizations. [Think of the Virginia "jihad"
network who were anti-India, not anti-U.S.]
In all these matters, the Muslim "leaders" sided with the
government or simply claimed that this is not part of our
responsibility. To help in the nationalization, the
ISNA-CAIR-ICNA conglomerate came up with a Fatwa against
terrorism after the London bombing though they had not
cheeped in the slightest when Muslims were being bombed in
Kandahar, Baghdad, Falluja and terrorized in occupied
Palestine. Thus these "leaders" made Islam a tool of U.S.
foreign policy. [Voice of America broadcasting is used to
convince the Muslim world that America's Muslims are happy
and are supportive of U.S. foreign policy.]
TIME HAS COME FOR CHANGE OF MUSLIM LEADERSHIP in USA:
The Muslims of America are estimated at 5 to 7 million. Of
these about 30,000 are attracted to the ISNA-CAIR-ICNA-WD
conglomerate and that too peripherally and in a mediocre
way. Thus, after all these betrayals, the time has come for
change of leadership in Muslim America. People like Imam
Musa should be speaking to Muslims all over America. There
are numerous INDEPENDENT mosques in America. They should
join hands to form a coalition to displace the
government-sponsored, government-supporting leadership.
The current self-appointed leaders, like Qadianis, want to
hook up with the government and to prostrate in front of
their "ka'aba," the White House. By contrast, true Muslims
must go to serve the people, and go to leaders only to
challenge them. Remember that the sahabah in the crucible of
Makka were the oppressed and the dowtrodden, the slaves, the
women, the people of understanding from insignificant
tribes, like Abu Bakr, r.a. The first martyr was a slave
woman, Sumayya, r.a. Islam rises from the masses, not from
the priviliged classes.
ALLAH's HAND SHOWS US THE WAY:
Muslims in America should be proud of the fact that the
Islamic people of Iraq did not accept defeat in spite of
overwhelming American fire power. The Islamic resistance
just about defeated America. More and more we heard voices
urging an "exit strategy." In Afghanistan too the Taliban
are resurgent.
The Tsunami, Katrina and the earthquake in Pakistan have
shown us that the world is changing, and the changes are
going to be drastic.
ROLE of U.S. MUSLIMS:
We have to be "witnesses before mankind," [the Qur'an] not
nationalists, not part of any race or culture in any limited
sense. Hence, as Imam Jamil al-Amin said, it is a terrible
blunder to attempt to become part of the American power
structure through participation in presidential elections.
If this power structure is evil, how can we remain Islamic
by becoming part of evil?
We must stand for justice, against all oppression. We can't
be Democrat or Republican. We can't endorse a system which
legitimizes homosexuality. Already many imams are skirting
the criticism of homosexuality because they want to fit into
the "system."
No Muslim worth the name will accept the legitimacy of
Israel. The ISNA-CAIR-ICNA-WD conglomerate recognizes Israel
and thus has cut itself off from the Islamic ummah in direct
violation of the Qur'an.
The pro-government people say, if Muslims don't participate
in elections, how will we influence America? These people
forget how Islam works. The only authentic example for us is
that of Muhammad Mustafa, peace be on him. Can you imagine
the Prophet, pbuh, asking people to make a choice between
Abu Jahl and Abu Sufian or to vote for any one of them?
HERE IS HOW ISLAM WORKS:
* Person to person. If 5 million of us follow Islam in our
daily lives, we will be more influential at incredibly lower
cost than by winning any number of seats in any election.
Pray five times a day, don't drink, smoke or take drugs,
care for your neighbors, help to heal the sick, help the
old, the infirm, the children. Share all the good you have.
That is how Islam works.
* Speak out, express yourself, organize, mobilize, write,
email, create your OWN MEDIA. Remember that the MILLION MAN
MARCH took place although the ADL and the New York Times
tried to stop it.
* Both the Right and the Left should know that you will
support the truth, the weak, the oppressed, regardless of
their ideology.
* Don't invite non-Muslims of leadership levels from the
power structure into mosques. That is counter-da'wah and
presents the power structure as our friends. Instead go into
the non-Muslim organizations and address them if you are
capable of speaking honestly and without hypocrisy.
* Never break the law. We don't need guns and violence to
win. We have the Qur'an which is more powerful than anything
the other side has, and we have the example of Muhammad,
pbuh, which is a better and more complete example than
anything the other side has.
* We, US Muslims, are peaceful people and we do not break
any laws. That does not mean that we should try to denigrate
jihad by claiming that it simply means "striving" or that
getting up for fajr is jihad! We must help Americans to
understand that Muslims in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan,
Iraq, Syria, Chechnia, Somalia, Sudan, South Thailand, South
Philippines will fight back and take part in Jihad because
Islam commands Jihad in such situations and does not permit
oneself to be enslaved.
* We must be part of America because it is a land which
belongs to Allah. We must be with the African-American,
Hispanic, Native American people of America in their just
struggles. That is what makes us American and Islamic. We
must liberate the exploited women of America. We must
realize that the U.S. power structure is the biggest
exploiter of women in the world. When we invite women to
become people with a full humanity, rather than objects for
sale as this culture shows them, then we are being American
and Muslim.
* Many American women understand that Islam means liberation
from exploitation. The U.S. power structure wants to
unclothe women and pays them according to how much they can
amuse men. Islam says that the woman as mother is second
only to Allah [Sura Nisa]. Islam teaches modesty first to
men, and then to women. If men are not modest, they will
continue to be exploiters. The biggest number of converts
[reverts] to Islam in America are women.
The suffering of Aafia Siddiqui must now end,
inshaAllah!

Saudis 'blackmailed' Imran over Malaysia summit, claims Erdogan

-Saudi Kingdom reportedly said it would send 'Pakistani
workers back, will withdraw its $6bn deposited in SBP'
ISLAMABAD: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday
alleged that Saudi Arabia threatened Pakistan with extreme
measures, which include the imposition of economic sanctions
on the country and deportation of its citizens working in
the Kingdom, to stop it from attending the Kuala Lumpur
Summit.
When contacted, Foreign Office (FO) Spokesperson Aisha
Farooqui said they were trying to ascertain the veracity of
the news report, and would issue a statement when they have
all the facts.
The comments regarding the non-participation of Pakistan in
the summit were made by the Turkish president in a
conversation with journalists in Kuala Lumpur.
According to Erdogan, Saudi Arabia also threatened to
withdraw $6 billion from Pakistan's central bank and warned
of further economic sanctions in case it became part of the
event.
"Unfortunately, we see that Saudi Arabia pressures Pakistan.
Now, there are promises that the country has given to
Pakistan regarding the central bank. However, more than
that, there are 4m Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia. They
(threaten by saying that they) would send (Pakistanis) back
and re-employ poverty stricken people instead," Erdogan was
quoted as saying by Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah.
Responding to another question regarding the absence of
Pakistan and Indonesia at the summit, Erdogan said he would
have "liked to see them here as well".
When it comes to Saudi Arabia's effect in this absence,
Erdogan stated that this was not a first for the country
since it has the tendency to put pressure on other countries
in doing or not doing things.
According to Erdogan, due to its economic difficulties,
Pakistan had to obey such threats, while implying that
Indonesia has also suffered from similar problems.
He said Turkey will continue its cooperation with Malaysia,
Qatar, and Iran over both regional and international issues,
underlining the importance of unity in the Islamic
world.
"(During the Kuala Lumpur summit) we had the chance to
discuss the challenges that the Islamic world faces with the
participation of the presidents of Turkey, Malaysia, Qatar,
and Iran as well as many other high-level representatives
from various countries," Erdogan said.
PAKISTAN CRITICISED OVER NO-SHOW:
Pakistan's last minute decision to pull out of the Kuala
Lumpur Summit has drawn criticism with some defending the
withdrawal by the cash-strapped Islamabad that financially
depends on oil-rich Gulf states.
Prime Minister Imran Khan canceled his planned visit to the
Malaysian capital to attend the summit after concerns from
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Foreign Minister
Shah Mehmood Qureshi confirmed on Tuesday, according to
local English daily Dawn.
Khan paid a daylong visit to Riyadh earlier this week in a
vain bid to assuage the kingdom's reservations .

Historic Rally for Kashmir in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD- Dec 22: Jamaat-e-Islami chief Senator Sirajul Haq
has called for holding a national dialogue to devise a
strategy for the liberation of oppressed people of Kashmir
from Indian yoke.
Addressing a historic Kashmir Solidarity March in Islamabad
on Sunday, he also demanded the UNO establish a Kashmir fund
to support the people who were starving to death and
spending a life like prisoners for five months in the Indian
held region.
Thousands of people including women and children
participated in the rally which was addressed by Azad Jummu
& Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan, JI Secretary General
Ameerul Azim, JI Naib Emir Liaqat Baloch and others.
Holding flags of Pakistan and AJK and banners and placards
inscribed with slogans condemning Indian atrocities in the
IHK, they chanted full throat slogans in support of the
struggle of Kashmiris against occupied forces.
"The government must initiate dialogue with national
leadership and devise a roadmap to save the lifeline of the
country," said the JI Emir. He added the freedom of Kashmir
was necessary to thwart the 'Akhand Bharat' ideology and
design of the Modi government to turn Pakistan into a
desert. He also warned that people of Pakistan would never
allow the government to make any underhand deal on Kashmir,
adding the rulers could not survive a day in case they tried
to sell the jugular vein of the country.
The JI chief regretted that rulers of a power Islamic and
atomic country who were expected to fight the case of the
oppressed Muslims of the world even failed to take a bold
stance on Kashmir which was incomplete agenda of the
realization of Pakistan. He said the Kashmir freedom
struggle was legitimate as the UNO itself granted Kashmiris
the right to self determination. He regretted that those who
had made repeated claims to fight for Kashmir till the last
bullet and last man did nothing in support of the besieged
people. The prime minister, he said, who claimed that Tipu
Sultan was his hero was unable to take a stand like the king
of Mysore. Reminding the rulers that Kashmir instead of
Parvez Musharraf was the top issue facing the country, he
said the government should utilize all resources to fight
the case.
Senator Siraj said the government failed to control rising
unemployment, poverty and inflation, it committed diplomatic
blunder by not participating in Malaysia Summit and it could
not launch a powerful campaign to challenge the Indian
designs in the region. He said people were running out of
patience and could take to the streets against the
government if it continued its pathetic policies.
AJ&K President Sardar Masood Khan reminded the Pakistani
government that it was right time to win the support of the
international community against the extremist philosophy of
the BJP government. Saying that international media and most
of the countries already raised voice against the human
rights abuse in the IHK, he called for launching an
aggressive campaign to challenge Indian hegemonic ideology
in the South Asian region. He thanked the overwhelming
support of the JI to Kashmir cause, saying Kashmir and
Pakistan were indispensible to each others. He appealed the
religious scholars to play their role to unite the Muslim
world and people of Pakistan on the cause of Kashmir.

December 19, 20, 21 22. Regime forces [Iranian, Hizbullah]
trying to advance along Idlib province border ran into
bitter resistance by
Tahrir [al-Nusra] and other jihad groups and civilian
volunteers. They managed to capture 15 villages bur are
being counterattacked by Tahrir.. Russian bombing forced the
Islamic groups to retreat.
SOHR documented 76 regime troops and 106 Islamic fighters
killed..
An American drone killed an Algerian mujahid commander who
was carrying out attacks on Assad's regime on behalf of the
"Defenders of the Faith" group.
Russia also bombed a refugee camp in the Marat an-Na'uman
area killing 7 civilians. Large numbers of terrorized
civilians, estimated at 80000, are fleeing towards
Turkey.
A regime attempt to infiltrate in northeast Lattakia was
foiled with 6 regime soldiers killed.
Deraa province is in open revolt against the regime. In a
roadside bomb attack, 5 regime troops were killed while a
regime officer was shot dead in another incident. Most of
the regime forces are Hizbullah and Iranian and graffiti is
condemning them.
On the border of Homs -Deir ez Zor provinces, Islamic
fighters attacked regime force [Iranian] near the oil and
gas field killing 14 regime troops. US air force then bombed
the area and set afire the oil line to deny it to IS,
forcing them to withdraw.
IS raiders are picking off Iranian troops as their convoys
move through the Homs desert. The regime does not exist in
the vast area.
Turkey and Kurdish Communists clashed again north of Aleppo.
Turkish military convoys were seen moving towards Idlib
south.
Afghanistan
An "insider" attack by Taliban killed 9 regime troops in
Ghazni province.
More than half of the country is now in complete Taliban
control while one fourth is in conflict.
Regime claims to have cut off Islamic State fighters in
Nangarhar province. Families of IS fighters, 237 women and
426 children have been "captured."
Iraq

One audacious IS attack is reported near Tikrit, Mosul too
is becoming IS influenced again though it is still in
ruins.

Angels Appointed To Record Good & Bad Deeds...
{KIRAMAN KATIBIN'}
In Kullu Nafsin Lamma AAalayha Hafith'
Translation:
'There is no human being but has a protector over him or her
.'
{Angels in charge of each human being guarding him writing
his good and bad deeds}.

Narrated Ibn Abbas---{Allah be pleased with him}
Prophet~{Sal Allah Hu'Allahi Wa Sallam} said...
'ALLAH ordered the appointed angels over you that the good &
bad deeds be written & HE showed the way how to write...
If somebody intends to do good deed and he does not do it,then ALLAH
will write for him a full good deed in his account with HIM...{!}
and if he intends to do a good deed and actually does it,
then ALLAH will write for him in his account with HIM its
reward equal from Ten (10) to
seven hundred times (700) to many more times...! and if somebody
intended to do a bad deed and he does not do it, then ALLAH will write
a full good deed in his account with him...{!} If he intended to do it (a bad
deed) and he actually does it then ALLAH will write one (1)
bad deed in his account.'

Narrated Abu Hurairah:{Allah be pleased with him}.
Prophet {Sal Allah Hu 'Allahi Wa Sallam} said...
Angels come to you in succession by night and day, and all
of them get
together at the time of the 'Fajr' and 'Asr' prayers...
Then those who have stayed with you overnight, ascend unto ALLAH who
asks them.... {although HE Knows the answer better than they.}
'How have you left my slaves' ?
The Angels reply...' We left them while they were praying
and we came to them while they were praying '.
Prophet {Sal Allah Hu'Allahi Wa Sallam} added...If anyone of
you says
'Aameen' during the prayer at the end of the recitation of
Surat 'Al-Fatihah'
and the Angels in heaven say the same, and the two sayings
coincide, all his past sins will be forgiven.
