Unity of Global Ummah is Required.
Role of Hasan, r.a., Prophesied by Muhammad, pbuh.

Narrated Abu Umama bin Sahl bin Hunaif: I heard Muawiya bin
Abi Sufyan (repeating the statements of the Adhan) while he
was sitting on the pulpit. When the Muadh-dhin pronounced
the Adhan saying,
"Allahu-Akbar,Allahu Akbar" Muawiya said:
"Allah Akbar,Allahu Akbar"
And when the Muadh-dhin said, "Ash-hadu an la ilaha
illal-lah (I testify that none has the right to be
worshipped but Allah)", Muawiya said,"And (so do) I". When
he said, "Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah" (I testify
that Muhammad is Allah's messenger), Muawiya said, "And (so
do) I". When the Adhan was finished, Muawiya said, "O
people, when the Muadh-dhin pronounced the Adhan I heard
Allah's messenger on this very pulpit saying what you have
just heard me saying".

Islam is a participatory religion. We should not just hear
the adhan but we should repeat its words to ourselves. The
words are full of the truth of Islam and express the
ultimate truth.
Muawiyyah, r.a., was teaching this hadith in the mosque of
the Prophet, pbuh, and from the pulpit from which the
Prophet, pbuh, spoke. During the Caliphate of Muawiyya, r.a,
the Muslims were united. The followers of Ali, r.a., had
endorsed his caliphate and the sons of Ali, fr.a., had given
their allegiance to him. Hasan, r.a., and Hussain, r.a.,
never broke their oath given to Muawiyyah, r.a.,
Shi'ite sectarians have tried very hard to wipe out the
Caliphate of Muawiyyah, r.a., from the history of Islam.
Prophet Muhammad's, pbuh, guidance by Allah can be seen in
his choice of Muawiyya, r.a., Not only he turned out to be
one of the greatest generals Islam produced but a very
tolerant leader who made good relations with Christians and
brought many of them into Islam.
Muslims are divided owing to the war between Ali, r.a., and
Muawiyyah, r.a.
Does Islam offer a third view which could be for peace and
unity?
"Narrated Abu Bakra: The Apostle of Allah
(peace_be_upon_him) said to al-Hasan ibn Ali. This son of
mine is a Sayyid (chief), and I hope Allah may reconcile two
parties of my community by means of him.
Hammad's version has: And perhaps Allah may reconcile two
large parties of Muslims by means of him. (Sunan of Abu
Dawood. Book #40, Hadith #4645)
Hasan, r.a., was the elder grandson of the Prophet, pbuh.
Muslims love him because the Prophet, pbuh, loved him, He
turned out to be a man of excellent character steeped in
piety and worship.
In the years of conflict between Ali, r.a., and Muawiyya,
r.a., Hasan, r.a., was constant in his opposition to the
war. He was so intense in his opposition to the war that he
came into direct opposition to Ali, r.a.
When Ali, r.a., was murdered, Hasan became Caliph for six
months. A huge pro-Ali army supported him and was ready to
go to war with Muawiyya, r.a. under the command of Hasan,
r.a.
When the army realized that Hasan, r.a., was serious about
stopping the fighting with Muawiyyah, r.a., the generals
went to the extent of physically attacking Hasan, r.a., and
tried to kill him. He was barely saved by his close
supporters and escaped although injured. His property was
looted by his own troops.
There were several attempts by the Shias to kill him.
Most Shias do not know or are not allowed to know that
Hasan, r.a., was strongly in favor of stopping the war and
finally gave his bayat [oath of allegiance] to Muawiyyah,
r.a., who honored and respected him and gave him a large
stipend every year to help him continue his studies and his
charitable activities.
Hasan, r.a., lived comfortably under the rule of Muawiyyah,
r.a., and never opposed him. [1] Muawiyya, r.a., even gave
him five million dirhams to pay and calm down his own army
which had turned against him. [2]
The shias have tried to paint Muawiyya, r.a., as the devil
and simply ignore the facts about Hasan.
It was not an easy task for Hasan, r.a., to make peace with
an opponent of Ali, r.a., with whose army there had been
physical combat. Even Hussain, r.a., the younger brother of
Hasan opposed his decision for peace but Hasan was
determined that no more Muslim blood should be shed.
Muawiyyah, r.a., wanted the unity of the Muslims too. He
agreed to every condition stipulated by Hasan, r.,. He
promised to rule by Qur'an and Sunnah and the example of the
first three caliphs. He also released large sums of money so
that Hasan, r.a., could pay off his debts, fulfil his
obligations and take care of his daily needs.
Shias are outraged when told that Hasan, did bayat [gave
oath of allegiance] to Muawiyya, r.a., but there are
numerous authentic reference to this oath of allegiance.
Here is one which is his final statement in which he
reprimanded his Iraqi "supporters" :
"Al-Hasan ibn Ali gathered together the leading people among
his supporters in the palace of Mada'in. He said 'O people
of Iraq, even if I did not give up on you for other reasons,
there were three reasons which sufficed me: your killing my
father, your stabbing my horse, and your looting my
belongings, even the cloak from my shoulder. You swore
allegiance to me vowing to make peace with whomsoever I made
peace with and to fight whomsoever I fight. I HAVE SWORN
ALLEGIANCE TO MUAWIYYAh. So, listen to him and obey' Then he
came down and went into the palace." [3]

On April 4, the anniversary of the war with General Haftar,
Libyan jets bombed Haftar's forces killing 25, including
mercenaries from Sudan.
Haftar is supported by Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, while
Libya is supported by Turkey.
In 2015 Haftar gained General Sissi's support by handing
over Sissi's
main armed opponent, the hero of Egypt, Hisham, leader of
Ansar Allah.

Frech media are reporting a terrorist attack by a man with a
knife who killed two people and wounded three near Grenoble.
He was arrested while kneeling for prayer on the city
sidewalk.
"Israel"
i24 News reporting from April 4 stated that Islamic State
fighters infiltrated southern Sinai. A battle followed with
Israerli troops but details were not reported.
Earlier this year the IS announced its plans to attack
Israel.
CHINA
China's clampdown on Chinese Muslims is worsening. At the
moment, over a million Chinese Uyghurs are being held in
concentration camps erected by the government in the western
region of Xinjiang.
There, prisoners are subject to torture, rape,
indoctrination, and brainwashing with the goal of having
them renounce their religion and culture and pledge
unwavering and exclusive allegiance to the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP).
A Change.org petition launched by Nawid Wardak calls on the
United Nations Office on Genocide Prevention, UN Secretary
General António Guterres, and Amnesty International to do
all in their power to intervene on behalf of Chinese Uyghurs
and mobilise an international effort to end their oppression
by the CCP.
After President Xi Jinping rose to power, he made the
crackdown on Uyghur self-determination a top priority. In an
initially covert operation of Communist Party officials,
'voluntary re-education' camps were erected in Xinjiang over
the past three years as part of what the government called a
"struggle against terrorism, infiltration and
separatism."
But hundreds of documents leaked following investigations by
sources like The New York Times and the BBC, as well as
accounts of locals and Uyghurs who escape, confirm that the
Xinjiang facilitates could not be further from voluntary
re-education camps, but are concentration camps operated at
the direction of the CCP's top tiers of leadership.
Uyghurs from across the region are being kidnapped and held
in such camps against their will under inhumane conditions,
and are shown "absolutely no mercy," as leaked internal
documents containing orders from the government reveal.
Imprisoned Uyghurs are subject to torture and women have
reportedly been raped. They are also forced to undergo
inhumane medical experiments and sterilisation.
Testimonies and leaked documents reveal that Uyghurs held at
the camp go through harsh indoctrination programmes in which
they are forced to renounce their cultural and religious
practices and become fully immersed in the predominant Han
culture.
As reported by Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI),
those who are released from the camps in Xinjiang are often
transported to factories across China where they are subject
to "conditions that strongly suggest forced labour."
Reporting by ASPI and the Associated Press both corroborate
that Uyghurs are coerced to sign contracts that obligate
them to work at factories for several years, and that those
who refuse risk being thrown back in the camps or have their
family members arrested. At the factories, Uyghurs are
forbidden from praying, they must attend mandatory
'assimilation' classes, and are only permitted to venture
out of the compounds twice a month.
One such factory is located in Nanchang and is owned by the
supplier OFILM. There, Uyghurs are among the workers who
make computer screens, cameras, and fingerprint scanners
which are sold to companies ranging from Apple, Lenovo and
Sony to fast-food chains like McDonald's, Taco Bell, and
Subway. Other factories reportedly make sportswear for
companies like Adidas and Nike.
So far, the international community has been largely silent
about the persecution of Chinese Uyghurs. And although some
in-depth, rattling reporting has emerged about the camps in
Xinjiang, little has been done by world governments or
corporations to pressure the Chinese authorities to cease
their abhorrent treatment of Uyghurs.
Wardak's petition has so far garnered over 765,000
signatures. Please consider adding your name and help him

It is up to each and every one of us to carry the torch and
raise our voices in solidarity with Uyghurs. We must ensure
that our elected officials do all in their power to raise
the alarm on this issue and take concrete steps to end the
torture.

World Health Organisation (WHO): the Failed Organisation

WHO is described by many as "the health conscience of the
world". But if we examine the role of the World Health
Organisation, we will have to conclude that it has failed
abysmally in its role as the saviour of the world and in
attaining the "highest possible standards of health"....It
has failed to put Health in the driver's seat in the world
affairs. Despite huge scientific and technological
development, health continues to suffer. Developments
continue to take place at the cost of health.
The Covid-19 outbreak, which has almost totally paralysed
normal life on the planet, has brought to the fore the
widely ignored fact that the world health management system
has failed to advance the cause of a socioeconomic and
political system that safeguards rather than endangers life
and healthiness of life. More than a million have already
been affected with more than 60000 deaths and the counts are
geometrically multiplying with every minute. The current
lockdowns, safe distancing and curfews across the world have
shown that the restrictions are an important part of the
protection and if long terms protection against diseases is
required, permanent restrictions too will have to be put in
place on many activities and practices. But the truth is
that, in the name of the freedom, especially the "freedom of
choice", all such practices are being allowed, even
glorified and globalised, that pose serious threats to life
and healthiness of life. Certainly, there are many diseases
that have now become treatable or preventable, namely, the
infectious diseases like Tuberculosis, Cholera, Leprosy,
Meningitis, Smallpox, Measles, Poliomyelitis, Diphtheria and
Pertussis, to name a few. But the economic fundamentalism
has largely undone the great work done by medical
scientists by promoting a social ambience that makes them
susceptible to a large number of ailments—Lung and
heart diseases, Cancers, especially of lung, liver, mouth
and breast, sex related diseases, and above all the rise of
new deadly viral epidemics and pandemics. Instead of
developing a health-protective social system, the market
forces have glorified and commercialised everything that
poses severe threats to life and health. It is indeed
difficult to infer if man today actually faces less or more
threat to his health than in the past. Whatever increase in
the average age has been noticed in the last few decades, it
is chiefly due to reduced Infant Mortality Rate. This
reduction is counterbalanced by the high rate of feticide;
more children are killed every year by way of abortion than
are saved by vaccines and antibiotics. Take abortions in
consideration and the average age will nosedive.
The World Health Organisation or WHO was created in 1948.
With over 190 Member States, it is the leading agency in
international health. The stated goal of the WHO is "to
foster the attainment by all peoples - especially the poor
and most vulnerable - of the highest possible standards of
health." The guiding principles of WHO are that "We can't do
it alone, so we work in partnership with others" and that
"We can't do it all at once so we set priorities". Priority
setting, it is argued, helps "to focus the world's
attention, resources and actions on innovative and
cost-effective public health action with specific goals and
measurable results." WHO is described by many as "the health
conscience of the world". But if we examine the role of the
World Health Organisation, we will have to conclude that it
has failed abysmally in its role as the saviour of the world
and in attaining the "highest possible standards of
health":
It has failed to put Health in the driver's seat in the
world affairs. Despite huge scientific and technological
development, health continues to suffer. Developments
continue to take place at the cost of health. (Where are the

It has failed to set health free from the clutches of the
forces of economic fundamentalism. With the growth of market
economics and its globalisation, it has become mere pawn in
the hands of market forces. The economic fundamentalists are
able to influence in a big way the decisions of the WHO.

Under the impact of the economic fundamentalism, it has
failed to lead a noticeable campaign against the items and
practices that severely endanger health. In fact, all these
practices are being commercialised in a big way, and the WHO
has hardly shown any concern towards their sordid
commercialisation. (Where are the highest standards of
health?)
It has failed to take an equitable stand in the matters
of health with the result that the weak and poor countries
and the weak and poor within the countries continue to face
mortality and morbidity without a tear being shed for them.

With the interests of the market forces including those
of the Pharmaceuticals, it is the prevention through
artificial means rather than avoidance of unhealthy
practices that has received all the attention. While there
is no big campaign against drinking, gambling, promiscuity,
prostitution, homosexuality and smoking, there is a huge
emphasis on vaccines and the use of market products like
lotions, pastes and condoms. (Where are the highest
standards of health?)
Not only there is no campaign against unhealthy
practices, prevention though vaccines, etc, too receives
attention only where there are no treatments available to
the diseases. For example, polio eradication programme
received huge attention despite the fact that it causes very
little mortality and morbidity compared to Tuberculosis,
malaria and other infectious diseases because there is no
treatment available in the market for Polio. The market
forces are not interested in the eradication of malaria and
Tuberculosis through intensive anti-mosquito and
anti-Tuberculosis campaigns, as they are more interested in
selling the medicines they have for these diseases. General
hygiene has received much less attention. (Where are the
highest standards of health?)
The WHO has fully failed to recognise the importance of
family in health, and has failed to prevent the
disintegration of family system, which is going on with a
brisk space. Wherever the truck of globalisation roars, it
signals doom for the family system. (Where are the highest
standards of health?)
The WHO has also failed to develop any strategy of
developing a health-protective and health-promoting social
system. There is hardly any system in place that can
guarantee health of the individuals. Social system has
failed to create an environment conducive for a healthy
life, and has instead promoted a system that increases
mortality and morbidity due to suicides, crimes, rapes,
unhealthy sexual behaviour, gambling, betting and other
societal tensions emanating from poverty, economic
exploitation and stresses of various kinds. (Where are the

The WHO has completely failed to influence the direction
of social development, which is moving in the direction
opposite to what health likes to pursue. (Where are the
highest standards of health?)
It has also failed to force the international community
in preventing the damages to the environment and has done
too little and too late to reverse the damage. (Where are
the highest standards of health?)
"We can't do it alone, so we work in partnership with
others" too has produced a kind of partnership between the
WHO and the other international institutions where economy
and not health remains the guiding force. The WHO has failed
to act as the leader. The hierarchy of the WHO seems to have
succumbed to the academic environment generated by the
forces of economics, which does not speak a word about the
machinations of the forces that rule the world. The WHO does
not simply have the guts to bring health into leadership
role. The WHO is only busy in managing the threats generated
by the current international World Order and to help it in
strengthening its grip on mankind.
The policymakers are in coma, and only an intensive therapy
can now bring them back to consciousness. Hard words. But
hard words need to be spoken to bring them out of coma.
The result of the defective, deficient and lacklustre
approach adopted by the WHO and other organisations has been
that
The avoidable infections continue to kill people in large
numbers,
New infections continue to emerge and become devastating
killers and
The diseases due to lifestyle, commercialisation of
certain practices and disintegration of the family system
continue to increase.
Let us examine the following facts: The following is the list of major infectious diseases and
the number of people they annually kill:
Lower respiratory infections:3.9 m
HIV/AIDS:2.8 m
Diarrhoeal diseases:1.8 m
Tuberculosis:1.6 m
Malaria:1.2 m
Rabies:60,000
More than 1 million people are murdered every year. (More
than 240 million people lost lives in wars in the last
century.)
More than 2 million people commit suicides.
More than 2.5 million people die of sex related diseases;
(more than 20 million have died of AIDS in recent
years).
More than 2.5 million die of alcohol related problems.
More than 5 million die of smoking related problems.
More than 50 million children are not allowed to take
birth and are aborted.
More than a hundred million suffer from alcohol related
illnesses.
More than 2000 millions smoke.
Hundreds of millions indulge in gambling. 500 million are
now using Internet alone for gambling. (In US alone, 20
millions show some signs of gambling addiction and 2 million
divorces had gambling as a significant factor.)
More than 100 million suffer from sex transmitted diseases
(42 million from HIV/AIDS).
Tens of millions of women are in prostitution and other
sex related businesses; (more than one million Americans
alone have served as prostitutes).
More than 1.2 million of children are exploited annually
in prostitution and other sex trades.
More than 800 million watch pornography.
Millions of homes are broken every year.
Millions of women are raped every year; in many Western
countries one tenth to half of all women have been raped.
(The total number of women who have been raped at least once
is in hundreds of millions).
Sexual abuse of children is on the rise all over the
world; in many countries up to one third of all people have
been sexually abused in their childhood.
Drug addiction is also persistent; tens of millions of
people are addicted of harmful drugs.
Corona Virus diseases has also highlighted the fact that the
major viral killers (Swine Flu, HIV, HPV, Rabies, Hepatitis
B) in last 100-120 years have been associated with pig
farming, farming of wild animal meats, dogs, sexual
practices like prostitution, promiscuity and homosexuality
and most of these diseases have a connection with alcohol.
The above statistics point to the fact that the whole health
and life saving structure of the world has crumbled, and the
blame primarily goes on the leading agency, the WHO. How
come that despite the deaths of hundreds of thousands of
people due to alcohol, smoking, gambling, sexual
malpractices, other changes in lifestyle and social norms
and malnutrition, the WHO has not taken an initiative to
eradicate these problems altogether? These practices are
killing hundreds of times the number of the people killed by
terrorism, yet nothing is being done to counter this menace.
The truth is that the WHO has been: first, criminally
ignoring what the corporate world and the other forces are
doing at the cost of the life and well being of humans;
second, trying their best to manage the adverse effects of
their policies on health; and third, helping them in turning
health itself into a huge industry.
In short, the WHO has merely become another tool of the
globalisation. The industries that can rightly be termed as
Medically Hazardous Industries have a global business of
trillions of dollars Global Burden of Diseases and the
economics of problems and solutions point to the fact that a
big chunk of the global burden is on account of the policies
of the current forces of New World Order, which aim to
monopolise wealth through all possible means including
commercialisation of human susceptibilities even at massive
cost to the well being of the mankind. Has the WHO guts to
declare these as such and campaign for their
discontinuation? If it does not have the will and guts to
adopt the dynamic approach towards preserving health and
campaign aggressively to make the global systems health
protective, it does not have the right to claim itself as
the Health Conscience of the World.
The WHO should ask itself: Is it doing enough to attain the
highest standards of health? The Corona Epidemic provides it
an opportunity to take the corrective steps. But it is
highly unlikely that it can or will do anything that angers
the global forces of economics.

The sound evidence indicates that the shaytaan is close to
man, and
indeed he flows through him like blood, so he whispers to
him at moments of heedlessness ! and withdraws from him when
he remembers Allah...{!} Through this constant closeness he
knows what whims and desires occur to man, so he makes them
appear attractive to him and
he whispers to him regarding them.

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said..
"The shaytaan flows through man like blood." They smell a
good smell or a bad smell [meaning the angels, who smell a
good smell when a person is thinking of a good deed]
[Source~ narrated from Sufyaan ibn 'Uyaynah].
But the devils do not need that smell in order to know,
rather they even
know what is in the heart of the son of Adam, and they
see
and hear what he says to himself. Moreover, the devil has
full control over
man's heart, then when man remembers Allah he withdraws -
and when
he neglects to remember Him, he whispers to him. he knows
whether he
is remembering Allah or is neglecting to remember Him, and
he knows the whims and desires of his heart and makes them
appear attractive to him.
The Prophet~ (Peace be upon him) said...
" The Shaytan flows through the sons of Adam like
blood."

The closeness of the angels and the shaytaan to the heart of
the son of
Adam is something that is confirmed in many reports,
whether
the person is a believer or a disbeliever.

The shaytaan is aware of what a person is thinking to
himself, and he
knows his inclinations and his whims and desires, ( both
good and bad) so he whispers to him accordingly. The Prophet
(Peace be upon him) said: "There is no one who does not have
a companion from among the jinn and a companion from among
the angels." They said....'even you, O Messenger of
Allah'...? he answered... "Even me, but Allah helped
me with him and he became Muslim. so he only enjoins me to
do that
which is good." And he (Peace be upon him) told us
that
the shaytaan dictates evils to man and calls him to evil,
and he has some
control over his heart. And he can see, by Allah's will,
what a person
wants and intends to do of both good and bad deeds.
The Angel also has some control over his heart that makes
him inclined
towards good and calls him to good. This control is
something that Allah
has enabled them to have [i.e He has given some power to
the companions from among the Jinn and from among the
Angels.]
The believer suppresses his shaytaan by obeying Allah and
adhering to
His religion, and he humiliates his shaytaan until he
becomes weak and is unable to prevent the believer from
doing good or to make him fall
into evil except that which Allah wills But the sinner,
through his sins and
bad deeds helps his shaytaan until he becomes strong enough
to help him to follow falsehood and he encourages him to do
so and he
becomes strong enough to keep him from doing good.
The believer has to fear Allah and strive to resist his
shaytaan by obeying
Allah and His Messenger, and seeking refuge with Allah from the
shaytaan. and he should be keen to support his Angel to obey Allah and
His Messenger and to follow the commands of Allah.

The point made here is that every person has with him a companion
from among the angels and a companion from among the devils...!

Rafi bin Khadij said,

discernment for distinguishing what is legal from what is
illegal looked into what has been forbidden concerning this
matter they would not permit it, for it is surrounded with
dangers."

by Pakistani High Court.

"KARACHI/ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistani authorities on
Friday ordered the detention of four men set to be released
after being acquitted by a court over the murder of U.S.
journalist Daniel Pearl, and the government said it would
challenge the acquittal next week.
The High Court in the province of Sindh on Thursday
acquitted the four, including Briton Ahmed Omar Saeed
Sheikh, who was sentenced to death in 2002 for masterminding
Pearl's murder. The other three were sentenced to life.
Wall Street Journal reporter Pearl, 38, was investigating
Islamist militants in the city of Karachi, the capital of
Sindh, after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United
States when he was kidnapped in January 2002. He was
beheaded weeks later.
The Sindh provincial government's Home Department issued the
order to arrest and detain the four before they were
released from prison.
"The government of Sindh has sufficient reason that Ahmed
Omar Sheikh and Fahad Nasim Ahmed, Syed Salman Saqib, Sheikh
Muhammad Adil be arrested and detained for a period of three
months from the date of arrest (April 2, 2020)," a top
official of the department said in the order, seen by
Reuters."
Muslim crowds Resist
Attemps to Close Down Mosques.
In central Lagos [Nigeria] more than 300 Muslims, after
prayers, rushed out to push back authorities trying to meet
the imam to close down the mosque in the cover of corona
virus emergency, [March 31]
In Liaqatabad, Karachi [Pakistan] crowds clashed with police
trying to close down the mosque in the name of corina Virus
emergency.. Scores of policemen were badly beaten up. The
authorities say, the imam instigated the crowd.
In most Pakistani cities, reports indicate, Juma prayers
were held despite government orders to close them down.

In Nizamuddin area of Delhi [India], the government closed
down all transport services, making it impossible for
Tablighi Jamat prayer group to leave. Some of them found
ways to leave. The government stated a campaign on national
media to claim that corona virus was spreading owing to
Tablighi Jamaat travellers.
Also in Raiwind, Lahore area [Pakistan] authorties arrested
65 Tablighi Jamaat persons, including pilgrims from Nigeria,
and put them in quarantine prison on excuse of corona
virus.

In Egypt, people of al-Hayatam are protesting the blockade
of their village by security forces who claim there is
Coronavirus there.
Illegal Jewish settlers today flooded sewage into
Palestinian-owned farms planted with grapes near the town of
Beit Ummar, north of Hebron (Al-Khalil) in the southern West
Bank.
Mohammad Awad, a local activist, told WAFA that Jewish
settlers from Gush Etzion settlement bloc, located near the
town, flooded their sewage into the grape-planted farms with
the aim of damaging crops.
Awad added that today's flooding of sewage is only an
episode in a series of assaults by Jewish settlers which are
often noticeable during this time of the year, usually
ending up with the destruction of hundreds of trees.
Settler violence against Palestinians and their property is
routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli
authorities.
"Settler violence has long since become part of
Palestinians' daily life under occupation," according to the
Human Rights Group B'tselem. "Israeli security forces enable
these actions, which result in Palestinians casualties -
injuries and fatalities - as well as damage to land and
property. In some cases, they even serve as an armed escort,
or even join in the attacks".
Between 500,000 and 600,000 Israelis live in Jewish-only
settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank
in violation of international law.
The View from Within New York is Different from what the major media Claim.

I know that the information conflicts. I have heard bits and
pieces. I rarely watch the news. I find it therapeutic not
to do that.
But, the voluntary shutting down of the economy is
suspicious to me. I see people walking 6 feet apart in the
streets. Small businesses are suffering because they have
told to close down. Doctors have canceled appointments with
their patients.
It is a scene from a horror movie. I don't trust the
government because these politicians worked rather closely
with the mainstream media to hide the atrocities and deaths,
on both sides, in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. Now, all of
a sudden they want people to know the death tolls from
coronavirus? I just saw a Yahoo stat that stated the total
U.S. coronavirus death toll is 6,600. That is out of 450
million people, however, it depends on how fast those
numbers grow over time.
I heard that certain states were playing with the numbers to
get more federal money. I will stop short of accusing them
of lying but, they could be using statistics to bolster
their case for more money. I was told that asymptomatic
people who test positive are being hospitalized, too, which
could explain the shortage of hospital beds.
When people question Gov. Cuomo about some of his measures,
such as canceling the Presidential Debate, he gets
defensive. Cuomo could be working with the NY media to paint
a horrid picture to get more federal money. He was already
complaining about Trump being stingy with the budget months
earlier. So, this coronavirus scare could be Cuomo's cash
cow.
Also, the media atmosphere here and the type of yellow
journalistic stories swirling around is reminiscent of what
happened when the levees broke in New Orleans.
The media and politicians are creating panic-driven news
conferences. Oh yeah and the measures for avoidance of this
disease are inane: Walk 6 ft from people on a side walk. In
New York City? Avoid public transportation and ride a
bicycle or walk? This is what some public ads are stating
