RALLY
Fifth rally for Dr. Aafia Siddiqui. This one was at
Lafayette Park in Front of the White House.

On November 13 an impressive rally calling for the end of
the oppression of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui was organized in
Washington DC. From the impressions
we have gleaned from Br. Mauri Salaakhan and Sis. Nadrat
Siddique, it appears that support for Aafia's release is
steadily increasing. The crowd was diverse and speakers came
from as far as Houston and Ft. Worth, Texas.
Among the protestors were those supporting both Sis. Aafia
and Imam Jamil al-Amin. Prominent among the supporters were
the Jericho Movement in Richmond, Virginia [Jihad Abdul
Mumit] and the New Black Panther Party [Shaikh Akbar].
Distinguished Imam Ali Siddiqui and his family were there.
Jamaat al-Muslimeen was represented by Nadrat Siddique. She
spoke.
Activist sisters Saleema Gul and Luci Murphy were
outstanding.
The Director of the program, Br. Saalakhan, who leads the
Aafia movement, was unhappy that CAIR and others who are in
the Washington, DC area did not turn up.
The press release issued by the Aafia movement pinpoints
this Muslimah's great tragedy in these words:
"Kidnapped (along with her three young children) in March
2003 from her home city of Karachi, Pakistan, she was
secretly imprisoned and tortured for five years before being
brought back to the United States in 2008 - and later put on
trial just blocks away from "ground zero" (New York City) in
2010. Despite the overwhelming evidence pointing to her
innocence, and government malfeasance at the highest levels,
Dr. Siddiqui was convicted of "attempted murder" of US
personnel in Afghanistan (in 2008) and given a sentence of
86 years by a US district court judge (Richard Berman) who
was openly biased against her from start to finish! "
The late [former US Attorney General] Ramsey Clark once
described the case of Aafia Siddiqui as, "the worst case of
individual injustice I have ever witnessed."

ISLAMABAD: November 08: Jamaat-e-Islami has approached the
Supreme Court of Pakistan on Pandora Papers issue, appealing
the top court to order investigation into the names exposed
in the latest papers scandal and Panama Leaks.
JI Emir Sirajul Haq filed the application through lawyer
Ishtiaq Ahmed Raja on Monday and prayed the apex court to
allow placement of additional documents (Pandora Papers) in
already pending petition on Panama Leaks.
The JI had filed the petition before the SC in 2016 on
Panama Leaks under the article 184(3) of the Constitution of
Pakistan.
"We appealed to the Supreme Court [of Pakistan] to
constitute a JIT [joint investigation team]to launch an
investigation intothe owners of shell companies mentioned in
Pandora Papers and Panama Leaks," Sirajul Haq told the
journalists in front of the Supreme Court building after
filing the application.
Names of more than 700 Pakistanis were exposed in Pandora
Papers and 436 owners of off-shore companies had already
been reported in Panama Leaks, he said, adding the JI prayed
before the top court that being a competent authority it
should provide justice to the poor Pakistanis whose money
were stolen and stashed in foreign accounts by the ruling
elite.
He said the action was taken only against former prime
minister Nawaz Sharif in Panama Leaks issue and that he
(Nawaz Sharif) too was ousted on the basis of Iqama (KSA and
some other Gulf state residential permit).
"Prime Minister Imran Khan's claims to strength
accountability system proved pack of lies. We don't have any
faith on the Prime Minister Cell formed to investigate into
the Pandora Papers scandal," he said, adding only the
Supreme Court could provide justice to the poor Pakistanis.
He said the names of the members of the three parties (the
PTI, the PML-N and the PPP) were mentioned in the two leaks
besides the owners of shell companies were civil and
military bureaucrats, former judges and businessmen.
Sirajul Haq said the billions of rupees of tax payers and
poor nation were being stolen by the ruling elite which was
so powerful that considered themselves above of any law in
the country.
Pakistani elite was at number five on the world list which
purchased expensive properties in London and other European
countries while people of Pakistan were starving to death,
said the JI chief.
"We had knocked the door of the Supreme Court when Panama
Leaks were surfaced and now, we again requested the top
court to set a strong and independent system of
accountability in the country."
The PTI government, he said, was the continuation of the
PML-N and the PPP regimes and they were all sides of the
same coin, serving their self-interests and having nothing
to do with the masses.

Tripura led to protests in 4 Muslim towns of Maharashtara.
7000 Muslims protested in one town.
Muslim protests also reported from areas of Mumbai.

Numerous clashes between India troops and Islamic fighters
have been reported by the Indian media but their contents
could not be confirmed.

in Bokamal area, Deir ez Zor, Could be US.
Qunaitra province gunmen killed an officer from the Assad

In north Idlib province, a Russian air strike killed 5
civilians including 3 children.
In southern Idlib Jabal al-Zawiya, Assad troops and
mujahideen exchanged heavy machine gun fire.
November 11. In Palmyra area [eastern Homs] Assad regime and
ISIS clashed. Russians then launched 40 air strikes to stop
ISIS advance.
There was an American air strike in north-eastern Aleppo
province aimed at "smugglers."

They Don't Consult with those who Elect them.

After the November 2nd elections, New York City has its
second black mayor: Eric Adams. I believe it was Imam
Ghazzali who said that there is no one who wants to be your
leader who will hold such a position in a just manner.
Islamic leadership is done by shura or mutual consultation.
Any decision that affects the people must get the people's
input.
American leaders are voted in and implement their own
policies without conferring with the very people who voted
them in office. In fact, these politicians are actually
beholden to the people who finance their campaigns but in
order to fulfill their financier's wishes, they must gain
the voters' trust, first. Very deceitful.
Black voters have not learned from President Barak Obama's
political scheme. He used black voters to become president
twice yet, dedicated all of his eight years in office
promoting homosexuality in Africa and the African-American
community, in accordance with his gay rights financiers'
wishes.
Mayor-elect Eric Adams is already rubbing people the wrong
way by promising to bring back the Anti-Crime Unit, which
many associate with illegal stop and frisk. In June 2020,
the NYPD abolished this unit as a result of the furor from
the Geoge Floyd protests.
Brother and sister duo, Hawk and Chivona Newsome,
co-founders of the New York Chapter of Black Lives Matter
(BLM), have stated that they will shut New York City down
should the Anti-Crime Unit be re-established. Hawk Newsome
said, "There will be riots, there will be fire and there
will be bloodshed because we believe in defending our
people."
Eric Adams, a former police captain and founding member of
100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care, wants to establish a
reformed anti-crime unit that is not based on merely
searching as many people as you can in hopes of finding
weapons. He wants to create an anti-crime unit that builds
trust and relationships with the communities it serves.
Adams has other critics, including members of 100 Blacks in
Law Enforcement Who Care. Michael Greys and Noel Leader,
co-hosts of Community Cop, are also founding members. They
have accused Eric Adams of kowtowing to the Jewish community
to the detriment of the black community.
Mayor-elect Adams pretty much promised to continue some of
the things that outgoing-mayor Bill de Blasio has
instituted, such as the vaccine mandate. He wants to be
tough on crime, which is always a red flag for the black
community, who feel it will give corrupt police officers
carte blanche to further oppress people of African
descent.
(Note: The mother of my young neighbor, who passed away from
COVID-19, did win her special Senatorial election, as well!
She is very well known in the Harlem community.)

Pakistani Military Successfully Disinformed Pakistanis about
the Sharia Movement in Swat.
[Military not only blocked this statement but attacked with
air strikes and tanks forcing Fazlullah to seek shelter in
Afghanistan. Later he was killed there in a US air strike,
probably coordinated with Pak military.]
April 12, 2009: The National Peace Jirga leader Inamur
Rahman met Maulvi Fazlullah at an unknown place in Swat. The
Maulvi told the peace group that his only interest in the
struggle has been that Islamic Law [Shari'a] be implemented
in Swat. He said that he will no longer fight the Pak army
if Shar'ia is implemented. If the Pak army does not put
obstacles in the way of Shar'ia, the mujahideen will not
even ask for damages for the losses they have suffered at
the hands of the Pak army. He said he fully supports the
efforts of Maulana Sufi Muhammad for the peaceful
implementation of Shar'ia.
He categoically rejected the disinformation campaign by the
Pak regime that he is against Pakistan. He said that his
loyalty to Pakistan is without question and he and his
people will fight to the last drop of their blood for the
defense of Pakistan.
[Maulvi Fazlullah fought the Pakistani army to a standstill
and created the situation in which Pakistan had to invite
his father in law, Maulana Sufi, to head the movement for
Shari'a in Swat. He leads the local Taliban and has solved
hundreds of law cases in Swat and brought justice to the
people of Swat.]
This was another propaganda item which was answered.
April 6, 2009. Tens of thousands of people from all over
Swat gathered in Green Square of the capital city called
Mingora. The rally organized by the Swat Peace Movement
condemned a disinformation video distributed by pro-western
groups in Pakistan known as NGO's. The video showed two men
holding down a young woman and a third whipping her while a
crowd watched and she cried.
The video was rapidly distributed all over Pakistan and
pro-western groups quickly rallied in defense of "women's
rights" and demanded that Shari'a [Islamic Law] not be
implemented in Swat and that Pak military should take action
in Swat against the Taliban. Altaf Hussain, the leader of an
agent group in Karachi known as MQM, showed great distress
at the "violation of women's rights" and called for urgent
action against the Taliban. The newly re-instated Chief
Justice was enlisted in this cause.
Analysts soon noticed that the accent of the three men in
the video were not of the people of Swat. The video was six
months old and no one knew who made it, when and how.
The huge rally in Swat condemned the move against Shar'ia
and condemned Altaf Hussain's activities carried out from
London. Speaker after speaker wanted to know why the NGO's
had been silent when atrocities were being committed against
the people of Swat [including the army action which left
500,000 people homeless].

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Israeli and Polish government
officials on Saturday condemned an antisemitic incident
involving Polish nationalists chanting "Death to Jews" on
Poland's Independence Day this week.
Participants at the gathering also burned a copy of a
medieval document that offered Jews protection and rights in
Polish lands. The public expression of hatred occurred in
the central Polish city of Kalisz on Thursday amid holiday
celebrations across Poland.
The leaders of the event also referred to LGBT people and
"Zionists" as "enemies of Poland" who need to be
expelled.
Polish Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski said Saturday he
hoped that "the people who organized the shameful and
scandalous assembly in Kalisz on November 11 will suffer
legal consequences."

'Umar said,
"I am afraid that after a long time has passed, people may
say, "We do not find the Verses of the Rajam (stoning to
death) in the Holy Book," and consequently they may go
astray by leaving an obligation that Allah has revealed. Lo!
I confirm that the penalty of Rajam be inflicted on him who
commits illegal sexual intercourse, if he is already married
and the crime is proved by witnesses or pregnancy or
confession." Sufyan added, "I have memorized this narration
in this way." 'Umar added, "Surely Allah's Apostle carried
out the penalty of Rajam, and so did we after him."
