THOUGHT OF THE DAY: NO WMDs: Bush Admits

The Bush regime has finally withdrawn its "investigators" searching for WMDs in Iraq. What a terrible moral disaster for America! Bush has made America the laughing stock of the world and killed hundreds of thousands of people based on a claim that Saddam had WMDS. Behind this disaster were ISRAEL and the Zionist Jews surrounding Bush: Wolfowitz, Perle, Feith, Krauthammer, the Ayn Rand Group, AIPAC .... the list goes on.

Most Important Aspect of New Homeland Securty Chief:

Hidden deep in New York Times' introduction to the new chief, Chertoff, is this line:
"Mr. Chertoff, a rabbi's son who was born Nov. 28, 1953, in Elizabeth, N.J." [New York Times, January 12, 2005]

JUSTICE TURNED ON ITS HEAD: MASAUD KHAN

Can you believe how low our justice system has sunk? Masaud Khan, son of a Pakistani married to an American Muslimah, a decent human being, NEVER COMMITTED A CRIME IN AMERICA or AGAINST AMERICA, was sentenced to 90 years in prison! He was painted as part of an imaginary "Virginia Jihad Network!" who went to Pakistan to help in the Kashmir freedom struggle. Ya Allah: What have the Zionist Jews done to this great country! Even rapists and murderers don't get sentences like this one awarded to a totally innocent Muslim. Supporting Kashmir's freedom struggle is a crime? well then put 90% of Pakistan's people into prison.
[Inshallah, New Trend will bring you more on this most shameful violation of justice.]

Big Support for Peaceful Movement

Hajj, Eid al-Adha: Living Miracles of Islam: Combine Prayer with Sacrifice.
Islam is Global Spiritual Power: U.S. Muslims must not Take on Victim Status.
Stand up for Islamic Political Prisoners: Boycott Zionist Businesses: Understand Tsunami in light of Muhammad's (pbuh) life.

[Dr. KaukabSiddique led Juma' (Friday) prayers at one of the biggest congregations in New York City on January 14. The place was jam-packed with worshipers from front to back overflowing into the doorways. This is the biggest Muslim gathering in New York except for one which is controlled by Kuwaiti funds. After the prayers, Jamaat al-Muslimeen's brochure on boycott of Zionist businesses was distributed but ran out before it could be given to everyone.]

Here are the main points of Dr. Siddique's khutba:

Text 1. Abraham said: "...'O my son! I have seen in a dream that I offer you in sacrifice. Now see what is your view.' (The son) said: 'O my father! Do as you are commanded: You will find me, if Allah so wills, one of the steadfast.' " [The Qur'an 37:102]
Text 2: Allah says to Muhammad (pbuh): "We have granted you [the stream] of abundance. Therefore to thy Lord turn in prayer and sacrifice. Surely your enemy's root will be cut off."
[The Qur'an 108:1-3] [Part 2] O Allah, bless Muhammad and his people as you blessed Abraham and his people.

GIVE PEACE A CHANCE COALITION TO LEAD AFRICAN-AMERICAN FACT-FINDING DELEGATION TO SUDAN

Washington, DC - To give African Americans a more accurate picture of events occurring in Sudan, the Give Peace A Chance Coalition (GPAC) took a fact-finding trip to that country January 12-21, 2005.
A 12-person African-American Leadership Delegation of journalists and community activists from across the United States (9 men, 3 women) will visit Khartoum and the conflict-ridden region of Darfur. The group will meet with government officials, opposition figures, tribal leaders and representatives of international relief organizations.

The timing of the trip is significant as Sudan's government and leaders of the Sudan People Liberation Movement (SPLM) complete a peace treaty ending 20 years of war. Hopes are high that through the assistance of the African Union, a similar agreement can be reached soon with rebel movements operating in Darfur.

"We're excited about the effect such a visitation can have on peace prospects," says Hodari Abdul-Ali, GPAC Executive Director. "With credible African-Americans from Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Minnesota and Washington, DC going to Sudan, we hope to be able to better counter misinformation and hostile and racist propaganda being disseminated by people directly involved with rebel movements inside Sudan."

Among the delegation are radio talk show hosts from New York and Atlanta; reporters from the Chicago Standard, Muslim Journal, Washington Informer and Minneapolis Insight News; and representatives of the Washington, DC-based African and American Women's Association and the Universal Human Rights Network.
A press conference is planned upon the return of the delegation as well as a series of forums to be held across the country in coming weeks.

The average Sudanese loves African-Americans and want our input to help them find peaceful and just solutions to issues affecting their country, states Abdul-Ali who will be visiting inside Sudan for the fourth time in recent years. God willing, in a peaceful and prosperous Sudan, business opportunities for African-American and Muslims especially, will be abundant.

GPAC is a non-profit, independent research organization formed to raise public awareness about U.S. foreign policy and imperialism in relation to Africa and its people.
