Countrywide Protests Against Inflation.

LAHORE: Jan 07: Jamaat-e-Islami emir Sirajul Haq has
announced countrywide protest demonstration campaign against
inflation from Sunday.
Addressing party workers at Mansoorah on Saturday, he said
the unity government of the PDM and the PPP was the
continuation of the PTI as the troika failed to provide any
relief to the masses.
People were standing in queues to purchase flour in every
city and the prices of essential commodities went beyond the
common man's reach, he said, adding that the troika was
responsible for the worst inflation in the country's
history. He said the rulers were still engaged in the
protection of self-interests, ignoring real issues. Hurling
abuses at each other and scandals were their favourite
politics, he regretted. The tested parties were badly
exposed and the people must get rid of them to put the
country on track, he said, adding the ruling parties would
bring no solution to the problems if they continued to rule
for the next hundred years.
The establishment, he said, put the feeder of milk in the
mouths of the PDM, the PPP and the PTI, as their politics
was entirely dependent on the support and backing of the
institution.
Haq said the incumbent and the previous governments wanted
to keep the status quo intact. The corrupt system suits
jagirdars and imperialists, he said, adding the ruling elite
was least interested in accountability and they wanted the
continuation of an interest-based economy. He said the
ruling elite made wealth and stashed their money in shall
companies, keeping the masses deprived of even basic needs.
He said the national economy was in control of the IMF and
the rulers were still looking towards the global lender for
solutions to the problems. He said the JI would continue
struggle for the rights of the people. If voted to power, he
said, the JI could transform Pakistan into an Islamic
welfare state.

Hess:the Missing Years 1941-1945 with new documents by David
Irving: Focal Point Publications, Dorney, Windsor SL4 6Qs,
UK., 403 pages, 2010
Rudolf Hess was second only to Hitler in Germany when Hitler
was challenging the western powers. Hess saw the necessity
of peace. Germany was powerful but could not sustain open
ended war.
Hess decided to sacrifice his high position in Germany and
put his life on the line to achieve peace. He was an expert
pilot. He flew to Britain and parachuted into an area where
he though British elites who were desirous of peace were not
too far away. He allowed his plane to crash thus making sure
that there was only one way forward, to achieve peace.
Hess had been in contact with British elites who did not
want war. He thought he could convince them that Hitler
would be amenable to peace if negotiations for peace were
carried out. Unfortunately for him, Winston Churchill was in
charge of Britain at that time and was determined to carry
on the war and to drag USA and USSR into it.
Churchill realized the danger to his agenda from the sudden
arrival of Hess, a man second only to Hitler in Germany.
Churchill made sure that Hess would not be able to meet
anyone, not even the media. The peacemaker became a prisoner
right from the beginning..
In the years that followed, Churchill took severe measures
that sealed Hess off from the world. How this man following
the highest ideals of peace survived solitary confinement is
a heart wrenching story well told by Britain's greatest
historian David Irving.
After the war ended, all of Germany's top leaders who had
survived the war were brought to trial at Nuremburg as
criminals and the enemies of Jews.
They were tried for crimes which the western allies and the
Soviet Union too had committed. It was a war in which there
were no angels,
In the show trials enacted to punish the leaders of Germany,
Hess showed that in spite of years of isolation, he had not
lost his will power and his sanity. He fooled the victorious
western powers into thinking that he had amnesia and could
not remember anything. His captors tried everything to break
his silence but he was unshakeable. Thus he saw the drama of
the fake trials as a critical observer. Finally, when even
his attorney was fooled into thinking that he could not
speak for himself, he broke his silence to reject all the
charges and to regain his dignity and his loyalty to Germany
and Hitler, the greatest hero Germany has ever had. This
stern moral stance of Hess was tantamount to putting an end
to his own existence because after the war ended, no one
dared to say a word favorable to Hitler. Irving has
translated Hess' final statement in court which could make
any human being proud. He sounds like a Muslim.. The book is
worth reading only for that.
At the points of serious provocation by Jews against
Germany, Hess as Hitler's Deputy had clearly ordered that no
violence or inhumane steps be taken against Jews, So, he
cannot be accused of anti-Semitism. Irving has documented
Hess' orders forbidding such violence. People often forget,
owing to Zionist control of the media, that the war was not
about Jews but about Germany's honor and selfhood.
Those who claim the holocaust of the Jews often forget that
German cities, ALL of THEM, were literally incinerated,
burned to the ground at the express orders of Winston
Churchill. That was the holocaust. The British leader was
undoubtedly the mass murderer of the German civilian
populations.

An American Muslim's Hopes for the New Year

The New year is always a time to reflect on the previous
year and celebrate the arrival of a new one. May the new
year bring for you and your family. joy, happiness, and
prosperity. I hope each day of the coming year is filled
with success and blessings from God.
We should start new year with dreaming big, believing in
yourself, setting goals, and determination for achieving
what you wish for. You can accomplish anything you set your
mind to in 2023.
Thomas Jefferson said "I like the dreams of the future
better than the history of the past. Barack Obama said that
"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or
some other time". We are the only one who can bring the
change. Contribute in the American dream to build an
inclusive diversified community.
We need to make effort to build a more humane, a kinder and
a more rational world and keep the secular democracy alive.
We all need to participate with sincere efforts. It will
take time, effort, and energy and I am hoping that the
future generation will continue this goal.
We must play a major role in bringing Peace and harmony in
this troubled word and Pray to God for our dream to come
true.

Islam does not begin with hijab. It teaches:
Faith,

Organizing communities.
So hijab was not signified in Makka or in the first 5 years
after the hijra.
Even in the battle of Uhud, 3 hijri, there was no hijab;
When women's support for Islam became so widespread that
women became primary targets of the enemies of Islam, first
verses on hijab were revealed in fifth hijri to protect
Islamic women:
"O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and the believing
women, that they should cast their outer garments over their
persons when going out : that is most convenient that they
should be known as such and not be molested. And Allah is
Oft-Forgiving , Most Merciful." [Sura 33: 59]
In the very next verse, Muslims are commanded to fight those
who were spreading this fitna against believers. [33:60]
The next year an attempt was made by hypocrites to slander
Ayesha, r.a., herself, the prophet's wife. Then sura Noor
was revealed in which men were first told to control
themselves and women told to know how to protect
themselves
Specific punishments were revealed against those who slander
women. This is how it begins:
"Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze
and guard their modesty; that will make for greater purity
for them; and Allah is well acquainted with all that they
do."(Holy Qur'an 24:30)
"And say to the believing women that they should lower their
gaze and guard their modesty; and that they should not
display their beauty and ornaments except what must
ordinarily appear thereof; that they should draw their veils
over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to
their husbands..." (Holy Qur'an 24:31)
Women were never forced to wear hijab.

After nearly four months of protests in the country that
were sparked over hijab laws, Iran's Supreme Leader
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei expressed a conciliatory message for
the first time Wednesday.
Speaking to pro-government women's activists Wednesday
morning, Khamenei said, "The hijab is a religious and
inviolable necessity, but this inviolable necessity should
not mean that someone with not a full hijab should be
accused of anti-religion or anti-revolutionary."
He asked why accusations are made against women with what is
commonly referred to as "bad hijab," meaning that the front
of their hair is showing. Khamenei added that women with
this type of hijab were participating in government, run
ceremonies and events, and that "they are like our own
[wives] and daughters."

Deadly Result of Blasphemy

A popular sheikh of Tijaniyyah Sufi by the name Abdjabbar
Nasir Kabara has been sentenced to death by hanging by an
upper sharia court sitting in Kano on a four counts charge
boardering on blasphemous comments against Prophet
Muhammad [PBUH}.
The prosecutor established that the defendant made a
blasphemous comment against the prophet[PBUH]and his
marriage with Nana Sofiyyah in hadith 1365;1428;2326;and
5120 of Sahih Bukhari and Muslim and posted it on his face
book page Ashabu Khafi. The offence is said to have
contravened section 382[b] and 375 of Kano state sharia law
2000.
In delivering his judgement, the presiding judge Ibrahim
Sariki Yola said the prosecutors had proved their case
beyond reasonable doubt and ordered the state government to
seize all the 1189 books the defendant tendered as exhibit
to be taken to Kano state library for public use relying on
the section 331 of the administration of criminal justice
law [ACJL] Kano2019.
The judge also ordered the state government to seize the
defendant's two mosques he used in committing the offence
situated at Musha and Sabuwar Gandu and should not be
used.
Sarki Yola concluded by ordering the general public, radio
stations, tv stations, to stop using the defendant's
preaching and pictures especially in any social media or
ready to face the wrath of law.
However, Thisday newspaper has Abdjabir quoted thus, ''I am
not asking for leniency and I don't want the judge to temper
justice with mercy on me because I did not commit the
offence and I want to tell all my followers that I will die
as a hero.
